IsThisHome provides personalized city and neighborhood recommendations based on publicly available federal data and your stated preferences. It is an informational tool, not professional relocation or financial advice.

Purchases & refunds

The full report is a one-time purchase of $29. Your report opens immediately after checkout at a permanent, private link — save it, or email us anytime from your purchase address and we’ll resend it.

We stand behind the report. If it’s not useful to you, email hello@isthishome.com within 7 days for a full refund — no hassle. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Data accuracy

We source data from federal agencies and open datasets. While we take care to present accurate, up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of upstream sources. All data points include an “as of” date. Scores are not a substitute for your own research.

Intellectual property

The scoring methodology, generated narratives, and editorial content are © 2026 IsThisHome. You may share your results for personal use. Systematic scraping or redistribution is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

IsThisHome is provided “as is.” We are not liable for relocation decisions made based on our recommendations. Always visit a city in person and consult relevant professionals before making a move.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which IsThisHome operates.
